Self Discovery and Growth

The task of self-discovery and identity is as important as any other. It is thus well versed throughout history and literature:

  • “Not until we are lost do we begin to understand ourselves.” -henry david thoreau
  • “Who in the world am I? Ah, that’s the great puzzle.” -lewis carroll
  • “All men should strive to learn before they die what they are running from, and to, and why.” -james thurber
  • “There are three things extremely hard: steel, a diamond, and to know one’s self.” -benjamin franklin
  • “The life which is unexamined is not worth living.” -plato
  • “Self knowledge is the beginning of self improvement.” -spanish proverb

If you are striving to better know and understand yourself, as well as to accept that identity as one to be proud of, I invite you to a safe therapeutic environment in which we will work together, and you will be supported, along this sacred journey.
